Privacy policy
This policy covers the RemaCalc iPhone app (余数) and this support website.
Your media stays under your control
RemaCalc does not send your photos, videos, unlock expression, recovery key or calculation history to the developer. The app has no developer-operated account or media server, advertising SDK, third-party analytics or tracking.
The system photo picker lets you choose the items to import. The app reads those selected items and stores photos, videos and thumbnails encrypted on your device using Apple platform cryptography. Importing does not delete originals from Photos. Live Photos are currently imported as still images.
Keys and temporary files
Local keys are protected using the iOS Keychain. The app locks when it enters the background and obscures its app-switcher preview. Viewing media requires a temporary decrypted file protected by iOS file protection; the app cleans these files when the preview closes, the album locks or the app restarts. iOS screenshots and recordings cannot be completely prevented.
Manual backup and export
Backups are created only when you request an export. You choose the destination in Files. If you choose iCloud Drive, Apple handles storage and synchronization under your Apple account and its privacy policy; your own iCloud storage allowance applies. Other file providers handle files under their own policies.
Backups contain encrypted media and metadata. Your recovery key is not included. Keep both the backup and recovery key: the developer cannot recover a lost key or decrypt your backup. Exporting an original sends an unencrypted copy to the destination you choose.
Retention and deletion
Media remains in the app until you delete it or remove the app. Deleting app media does not remove originals in Photos, previously exported files, or older backups. Manage those copies in their respective apps and storage services. Calculation history and calculator memory are held for the current session and cleared on backgrounding.
Support and this website
If you email support, we receive the email address and contents you provide and use them to answer your request. Please do not send private media, recovery keys or unlock expressions. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by email, subject to any legally required retention.
This static website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It is served through Cloudflare and hosted on a Tencent Cloud server. These providers may process connection information such as IP address and request details to deliver and protect the website. This website traffic is separate from media stored in the app.

你的媒体由你掌控
App 不向开发者发送照片、视频、解锁计算式、恢复密钥或计算历史。App 不包含开发者运营的账号或媒体服务器、广告 SDK、第三方统计或跟踪功能。
App 通过系统照片选择器读取你主动选择的项目，使用 Apple 平台加密技术将照片、视频和缩略图加密保存在本机。导入不会删除系统相册中的原件。Live Photo 当前以静态照片导入。
密钥与临时文件
本机密钥使用 iOS 钥匙串保护。App 进入后台时锁定相册，并遮盖 App 切换器预览。查看媒体时需要生成受 iOS 文件保护的临时解密文件；关闭预览、锁定或重新启动时清理。App 无法完全阻止 iOS 截屏与录屏。
手动备份与导出
只有你主动导出时才生成备份，存储位置由你在“文件”中选择。选择 iCloud Drive 后，Apple 根据其隐私政策处理存储和同步，并占用你自己的 iCloud 空间。其他文件提供商按其政策处理文件。
备份包含加密的媒体和元数据，不包含恢复密钥。请同时保管备份与恢复密钥；开发者无法找回遗失的密钥，也无法解密备份。“导出原件”会向你选择的目标交付未加密副本。
保留与删除
媒体保留在 App 内，直到你删除项目或移除 App。删除 App 内项目不会删除系统相册原件、已导出文件或旧备份，请在相应应用和存储服务中分别管理。计算历史与记忆值仅保留于当前使用会话，进入后台时清空。
支持邮件与网站
当你主动联系支持时，我们会收到你提供的邮箱地址和邮件内容，仅用于处理请求。请不要发送私人媒体、恢复密钥或解锁计算式。你可通过邮件申请删除支持通信记录，但法律要求保留的情况除外。
本静态网站不使用广告或统计 Cookie。网站通过 Cloudflare 提供访问，由腾讯云服务器托管。服务提供商可能为传输与安全处理 IP 地址、请求信息等连接数据。这些网站访问数据与 App 内的媒体分开。
